Ensure Original Nutrition Shake, Vanilla, 8 Fluid Ounce (30 Count)

I've been told by medical professionals to consume 100 grams of protein everyday. So, I've been trying various nutritional supplements. Many are not very tasty. I had a coupon for any Ensure multipack. I usually go for fruity flavors, but I decided to try the Butter Pecan. Wow!! This tastes really good. I will definitely be buying this often.

Not really a review, but I was on Ensure whilst recovering from Bowel surgery to help regain the weight I lost and found it both very tasty and helpful , would recommend it to anyone stuggling to regain weight, but I have a question, what is the sugar content in each bottle and is it suitable for Diabetics ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ensure Plus Milk Chocolate nutrition shake is not only delicious but it packs 350 calories which allows me to substitute it for breakfast sometimes. Ensure insures that I have plenty of energy plus I'm able to drink it on the go.

My favorite is the strawberry. I am lactose intolerant and I have ulcers and my stomach does fine with the ensure drinks. My kids even like these. I have a terrible time gaining weight or maintaining weight especially when I get sick so these help a lot

It is creamy and has no after taste which I really like. Try it you might just like it and it's good for you too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have chronic Lyme disease and experience paresis of my gastrointestinal tract, including how I swallow. When I am able to swallow, and too weak to prepare other things I use Ensure. I am happy for the calories and do wish there were a way to get more. Perhaps a new type of ensure called WEIGHT GAIN or something similar with some natural ingredients to help gain weight. This product is a life saver. I take it with me to hospital even to emergency dept as it's better than what they offer, if they give anything at all. Drinking a plus bottle right now. Have to water it down so I can drink it because of my swallowing troubles. Without it... would be even harder to try to get calories.

Four years ago when I went through chemotherapy for cancer, the chemo nurse recommended I drink at least one Ensure Plus per day. I am lactose intolerant and was able to drink it with no adverse affect. Also, along with a high protein diet my red blood cell counts did not fall. My doctor was very pleased.

The formula for the strawberry flavor has changed at least 3 times over the last few years. The most recent flavor is pretty bad and tastes artificial. If you already have satisfied customers happy with your product, why would you change it? I normally buy at least 3 cases each quarter but for now I'll be switching to something else.

Yesterday I tried Ensure Plus Vanilla and the Ensure Plus vanilla has a nasty smell to it that made me want to gag and when I opened the bottle there were bubbles by the mouth piece. The taste of the Ensure Plus also made me want to gag. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone
