This is a great nutritional product... have been using it daily for many years for various reasons. I have been making a particular smoothie for breakfast daily for the past 3 years. It is filling and last me until mid-afternoon; it consists of dry coarse oatmeal, plain Greek Yogurt, frozen blueberries and a bottle of Original Vanilla Ensure. My daughter does the same thing only she includes baby spinach.

I've been drinking 4 to 5 a day since 2017. I fell and fractured my femur. The first hospital could not fix it correctly so I went to another one. Had a total of 3 surgeries. I was also in ICU for a week with congestive heart failure, and pneumonia and a mild heart attack. I was in bad shape. Doctor put me on ensure and I'm fine now. I purchase 9 cases at a time. It's saving weight in transit. Good for distributors. But manufactures must add a leaflet of instructions for preparation from powder to solution of 8oz or 16oz. Must add a measuring cup of powder for 8oz solution. Please reduce prices at least 10% for one case. Thanks.

I was looking for some product to replace my herbalife which I have been drinking near 10 years and found Ensure. I compared the nutrition list and found no much difference but Herbalife milk shake contain more fiber which i prefer to. But I still recommand Ensure due to the resonable price and great nutrition supplyment. but only one suggestion: please provide option of Sugar-Free, No sugar please~~

Ensure is my daily go to. I drink it 3 times a day. It tastes great with coffee. Mixing it half and half with ensure chocolate drink makes a wonderful energizing drink. It is a great supplement as well as a complete stand alone liquid meal. It gives me the energy and the boost that I need to stay active without feeling so wired up.
