My encologist recommended Ensure for moments when I just don't have an appetite. I needed to gain weight back after chemo treatments. I also use it to supplement a small meal. I love the vanilla and strawberry flavors.

The taste if lije vans milk protein…… yummy! I can't have milk protein but found out a few more allergies to food . Mine went thru my PEG as well didn't have anything for 2 weeks ! Great nutritional supplement for anyone needing added nutrition or to gain weight! Great for vegetarian/vegitarian I believe ? I'll look at change if I'm wrong. . To our over ice cream and make a ln fantastic treat. Totally recommend!

It's at 180 in calories so not enough for a meal replacement but enough for a snack alternative to get you by to your next meal. Get your protein in check , lactose free, gluten free and vegan free.

Love these little on-the-go protein drinks, and I have started adding them to my coffee in the mornings when I'm short on time because they pack the vitamin + minerals + protein punch that I need on the days I don't have time for breakfast. Bonus that it's resealable because I can use 1/2 per cup of coffee and save the other half for later in the day.

It's plant-based protein and is actually high protein being it has 20g of protein to 180 calories! It's vegan so if you're vegan or have a whey intolerance it's a great way to add protein to your diet as it can be difficult sometimes without supplementation.
