3oz less than the 30g Ensure Max my mother drinks daily, making it easier to consume. She loves the flavor. They are pricey, but she has been drinking 2 a day and she seems to tolerate it well and they make her feel good.

ordering and delivery was so super fast . As for the drink, it tasted good, but is so super sweet and has a lot of sugar. So as a diabetic i wasn't able to use it.

I am drinking them pre surgery now. I like them more than I thought I would. Sometimes I add a little unsweetened cocoa powder to make them chocolate. Makes them even more delicious! They don't upset my stomach or make me feel sick. I'm lactose intolerant, so I was worried about them, but no issues. I'm thankful this product exists. I want to have the best healing power possible after surgery.

Definitely drink this before and after surgery. My doctors were amazed on how fast I healed after major surgery.

These were hard to find. Needed them for part of the process of getting body ready for surgery and recover. Was surprised they tasted pretty good

My husband's surgeon told us to buy this stuff and consume 3 bottles daily starting 5 days prior to surgery. So I took a chance at Walmart because they had 2 day shipping. The box came in 2 days and even though it was doubled boxed there was 3 that busted. The ensure drink had soaked through both boxes and it left him 3 drinks short. For the money, $60, these should have been wrapped in protective bubble wrapped and marked as fragile. I won't buy these again from Walmart. It's like losing 20% by doing nothing.

There is no reason this drink has to be so sweet. The 2nd and 3rd ingredients are Corn syrup and sugar. Yuck. My surgeon/sugrical center want me to drink 2 a day but not as meal replacement. It is difficult to eat anything after taking in that much sugar. Get rid of the excess sugar and it would be fine.

I was given a bag of these to take 3 times a day for 5 days before surgery. No matter the taste, I drank them because I was instructed to and I want the best outcome after surgery. I never found a liking to the stuff and I tried all sorts of add-ins. Worse than the flavor is that the product feels like it just sits in your stomach. I'm bloated, gassy, have diarrhea, and am so very nauseated (think 1st trimester pregnancy). I'll be glad to be finished and only hope the clear pre-op product I have to take tonight is better than this.

I was given this by my surgeon to start one week prior to surgery. First day of drinking a.m. shake I had diarrhea for a few hours with nausea. Same effects after each a.m. and p.m. shake. Looks like I won't be needing my bowel prep after all as this did the job!!!!

My Dr. Put me on these Ensure Surgery Immunonutrition Shakes before my hysterectomy (Surgery Date August 15th) Drinking 2 a day 5 days prior to surgery & 5 days after surgery. The vanilla taste is just fine. However, the shake itself messes with my stomach/bowels, since day one of drinking the shakes, I've had extreme gas, stomach pains, bloating, constipation, a leaky gut, and a leaky butt — not joking. My hysterectomy is tomorrow, and I will not continue drinking the Ensure Surgery Immunonutrition Shakes after surgery. I won't continue to put my stomach & bowels through this any longer. The extra 10 shakes will go into the trash.
