Best purchase of my entire life. Bought after giving birth (postpartum) and has been amazing for my back muscles! Heat therapy has changed my life and having this on my neck, shoulders, and back all at once is blissful, and effective. Use it everyday for an hour for multiple days in a row to really get the relief you need and deserve!

I LOVE this heating pad %26 am contemplating ordering another one. Compared to other products online, this was a very inexpensive option %26 works perfect. I placed it on my office chair %26 no longer have to run a space heater, which was making other people in my office too warm. Perfect solution!

This is a great heating pad. It's big and can be used on your shoulders and on your back at the same time. It sits very comfortably on your shoulders and I rest my chin on my shoulder. Its very soothing and toasty warm. It has several heating settings. During hot months, you can use it on a low setting. When it's really cold, you can turn up the heat. It will automatically cut off after 2 hours. The fabric is super soft and velvet-like. I would highly recommend.

I could tell this had been returned and sent to me. Although it does have 4 settings, all 4 go straight to the highest heat. I love the entire pad and how it wraps around my neck. I have to turn it off and on constantly because it heats so fast and gets too hot. 🔥 I would really like the controller replaced instead of sending it all back, and I would definitely give this a 5 star rating if customer service comes through.

I have used this less than 10 times since purchasing in September 2024. It worked when it worked, but now it doesn't work when I need it. The on/off and settings control panel doesn't work. Avoid this product and manufacturer.
