It's Great, This heating pad works so well in reducing %26 reliving back,neck %26 sholder pain ! Works better then pain killers pills. Highly recommend purchasing %26 making yourself feel much better!

Great for neck and sore shoulders

This heating pad worked really well and I liked that actually covered most of my back upper back, shoulders, and neck area. The automatic shutoff was a nice safety feature as well.

Works fine. Hands free once you snap it on.

The heating pad is soft and is warm enough for me. However, the description was misleading -- I cannot unplug the controller from the pad, so it's NOT washable. Also, I have to unplug it from the wall and hold onto all the wiring to go anywhere. Very disappointed! The description should have been honest.

Heated my back more than my shoulder

If your a small person its ok, if you have wide shoulders dont buy this

Disappointed. The item was NOT as described! I ordered 1 for myself %26 loved it! This was ordered for a gift %26 was much smaller ONLY around neck. I wanted the the Same Maxcare large heating pad for back %26 shoulders…however only a smaller version was delivered? Plz advise. Thank you.
