Keeps the filter off your face and really seals well, so its way easier to wear on a long flight. And no fogging your glasses.
I use my Envomask with plug all the time. I have a beard and wear glasses and the mask works well with both - a good seal on my face and next to no fogging on glasses from leaking. My major complaint is that in cool environments the condensation inside mask and into filter is rather irritating. I have to drain the mask and the filter gets plugged with moisture enough that its increased resistance is noticeable and it needs to be replaced fairly often.
excellent overall. Quality of construction feels a little lacking though I have had zero issues after a year of use. extremely comfortable and more importantly breathable (I have asthma and lung damage from prior sever Covid infection) for long periods of use.
Arrived fast, now I'm set on filters for a while!
Overall quite pleased with this. It's more comfortable and forms a better seal than any other n95 I've tried, with less glasses fogging. (However, because of the improved seal, it does get pretty sweaty inside, more so than other n95s I've tried, and especially in humid weather.) It's also the only n95-rated respirator I've found that sits above the chin, which means it's possible to wear with a beard as long as you keep the mustache short, which is a huge plus for me as somebody whose skin doesn't do well with frequent close shaving. The only real complaint I have is that, for a reusable device, the straps aren't very durable; they started to stretch and tear within a month of use (wearing the respirator about 30 hours a week) and needed to be replaced within two months. I intend to make a strap out of a tougher material on my own rather than continue to spend $25 on a replacement strap every two months.
