Envo Mask N95 Reusable Respirator Kit with Exhalation Valve Includes QuickFit Headgear, 5 Replacement Filters and Storage Case (70950)

I've just started at a large hospital in the Covid unit. The traditional masks with the metal stays for the seal were leaving my face sore and literally bruised. I ordered the Envo and I'm overjoyed with the comfort, ease, and protection. Does not fog my glasses either. There is some condensation on interior of mask, as others have state, but, to me, that is another sign of the excellent seal around my face. Compared to the traditional masks and pain endured while wearing, this mask is a lifesaver! Literally!! Love it!!

The mask is easy to use, comfortable to wear, and fits snugly without discomfort (such as nose bridge pinching) or itch that can occur with some traditional N95s. I have a larger-than-average nose with and uneven nose bridge around which I have a hard time getting a good seal to prevent eyeglass fogging with traditional N95s. This is the first mask with which my glasses have not fogged. during normal use, I have no problems. I sweat easily and with exertion some condensation can collect along the lower inner edge of the mask; easily addressed with a facial tissue. I am going to experiment cutting some small dental cotton rolls in half lengthwise to use as batting along the lower inner edge of the mask, I'll report back if it's a big fail.

The Envomask has literally been my lifeline throughout the covid-19 pandemic. As a doctor working in the clinic, I didn't want to dip into the hospital's limited n95 mask supply and wanted to save those for the frontline workers. But I wouldn't feel safe working without an n95, especially since I spend 30-60 minutes with patients in a small, often unventilated, exam room, and mask wearing by others has been shoddy. So since May 2020, I've been wearing the Envomask covered by a surgical mask for the entire workday (8-9 hours), VERY comfortable and breathable. Passed fit test with flying colors. Easy to don and doff. And it's so reassuring to have an ample supply of NIOSH certified n95 filters for the Envo. Over time, I purchased 3 Envomask for convenience, all still in use. I wore it to my vaccination appts in a crowded indoor location, and also plan to wear it to a couple social get togethers in the near future.

These are truly great masks. Easy to put on, comfortable fit, and breathe easily without fogging. That last feature points out the most important thing with a respirator, that it seals to your face and keeps filth out. One of us works daily with the public, but we have been wearing these since early 2020 and have not had so much as a cold in those 5 years! Hard to argue with that success. The only fault these masks have is longevity. We have to replace these every 4-6 months due to the film sealing the gel failing, so that could use some improvement.

I'm an ER doc and used the mask for about sixty 12-hour shifts, with the exhalation port plug in place. The mask is quite comfortable for an N95. Quite a bit of condensation accumulates inside, but that's expected. After about 6 months of use the Air-gel came loose from the upper portion of the mask and I had to replace it with another one.

I bout my envo mask last year. I really like it. It is by far the most comfortable mask I've worn. I've had it almost a year and it has a lot of wear! I was so sad to discover half way through my shift that the gel seal had ripped away from the plastic part and I had been wearing a mask with that wasn't sealed. Check your mask every time! I'm ordering another on to replace it but will definitely be inspecting it from now on every time!

To start, the gel cushion is great -- easily the most comfortable seal I've had on a respirator. I've got a fairly thin nose and have problems finding respirators that can actually make a good seal around my nose without putting a ton of pressure on it, but this is comfortable enough that I can still breath through my nose while I have it on, so that's great. The head strap is also very comfortable; I barely even notice it's there. There are two down sides: one is that the mask is very shallow. The tip of my nose touches the front of my mask, and my bottom lip touches a small rubber nib connected to the exhalation valve, and both of those things are fairly distracting. The other is that I'm really not a fan of where the bottom of the mask rests; it pushes my bottom lip into my teeth, which gets very uncomfortable after a few hours. Is it worth the tradeoff of being comfortable around my nose? Hard to say. It's a shame because if this mask was just a mm or two deeper and went under my chin, it would be by far the most comfortable respirator I've ever worn.

Comfortable and effective. My one complaint is that the integrity of the plastic that holds the gel can become compromised. If this happens from wear, the gel comes out and the mask is unusable. My mask held up for about 7 months of using it 50+ hours/week. I emailed the company and they recommended the mask body replacement. Really what about a good adhesive? I believe the warranty is only good for 3 months.

I got this for in-person classroom teaching in COVID times. As others have said, the gel cushion is soft and comfortable. It seals fairly well to my face, but not perfectly. I rarely have fogged glasses when wearing this mask, but I can detect a little leakage now and then if I bend over or tilt my head, or perhaps when I adopt certain facial expressions. I have an odd nose, with a very narrow bridge and some wrinkles, so others may not have this leakage problem. In any case, there is much less leakage with this mask than with any others I've tried. My main criticism is that I think it needs more depth. My nose is not unusually protruberant, but the tip of my nose contacts the inside of the mask frame, and those horizontal struts of the plastic frame are very sharp-edged. I sanded to round them off, which helped, but it's still annoying to feel my nose in contact with the frame. And my lips contact the back of the exit valve (which I have blocked with the plug). Another few millimeters of space inside the mask would eliminate these annoyances. My other complaint is the head straps. They are very light-weight and began to fray after just a few wearings. I've only worn the mask for one semester, but I'm sure the straps will need replacing in the near future to the tune of $19 and shipping. I have a shop respirator for dust that I've used for 25 years, and the straps are still in good shape, so there are more durable alternatives. All in all a good design that I'm really glad to have found for COVID protection, but that could use a few tweaks to be even better.

I have been using this mask since the start of the pandemic. I work in schools so I use this as my daily work mask and when going into stores. So I have been using this for close to a year now. There are 3 things that wear out on them. The elastic cord, but this is just normal wear and tear and should be planned for. The clips on the filter holder. I have gone through 3 of them and the last one they beefed up the plastic so I am hoping that stops clip breakage. The next is the plastic that seals in the gel. It always seems to wear out around the nose area. I will try using some silicon to repair it, but hopefully they find a fix for that in another version of the mask.
