ENVY Notebook - m6-ae151dx (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)

The laptop works fine and is fully functioning.

I would rate at 5 if it had a dvd-rom; but I can buy an external for less than $20 so overall, I love this system!

Great laptop...I just didn't realize it had no dvd device. I bought an external one.

The pictures shown with the laptop, however are a misrepresentation. This laptop works well. I was having blue screens when I first got the laptop, however, after registering with HP and downloading all the current bios updates, software and driver updates, the blue screen has disappeared (knock on wood). It works well, and my daughter is thrilled. That being said, the pictures that show the laptop as a "2-in-1" where it can fold into a tablet are 100% false. I did some searching before buying, and this is not the only site that has those pictures, but this particular laptop (M6-AE151DXREF) CANNOT fold back, in fact, the screen cannot go much further back than 95 degrees. We are keeping the laptop, it is working well, and the touchscreen is very crisp. Just be forewarned that it will not act as a 2-in-1.

I'm not sure how i like it because I haven't been able to use it when I received the laptop will not charge in it keeps saying the Battery was no good so it would not Charge so now i have to take it back to the store to try and get another one.i know it's a refurbished But who wants to buy something with their Head earn money that doesn't work Now I have to waste my time to take it back to the store to try and get a another one. Hopefully I won't have any problems returning it.I still would recommend it but please make sure it works when someone get it .

I started the laptop up and there was a problem immediately. The screen would flash and there was thick lines that would appear across the screen. I returned for a replacement, so hopefully the next one is better...

This doesn't convert to a tablet. No DVD drove. Felt cheap in my hands. Returned.

Sent this laptop back three times to fix the problem with the keyboard. Letter double typed, cursor jumped around for no reason. Finally, after the third time, I believed it was fixed. Surprise, warranty has run out and it is better, but not good.

Sadly, cause it´s a great model from one of the best brands on laptops. But it comes with unusable internal battery (due is a ultrabook, you can´t change it without a tech guy). A lot of glitches on screen during initial setup. Went to Walmart and have a total refund (a waste of time)

I don't know if they send you the wrong one or this is misrepresentation but I didn't receive the laptop that is show in the pictures.
