My husband is extremely gluten intolerant. Until I found out about Gluten Defense, he was very restricted with what he could eat, as almost everything contains gluten. After reading the negative reports about gluten, I thought I would have to give it up, and that is a nightmare. It's in everything. But this product blocks the effects of gluten that I eat, especially bread and cereals. I have found a friendly helper to enable me to eat gluten moderately but not give it up completely!

Although I have been using this on occasion for when I eat wheat for many years, I've recently switched from a porcine based product that was prescription to this with no issues and it's helping me a lot. Dosages might be a little higher than suggested on the bottle more needs to adjust that based on the amount of food they're eating and how their body feels. I switch because this one is not including any animal products as far as I know, As it states it is vegan. Cause of medical issues I needed to cut back on anything with pork.

My child and I both use these. For the occasional need to have gluten in our diets, these pills make it possible to eat the gluten and not have major side effects.

I use this for digestive issues when eating gluten or dairy in addition to other enzymes. Very effective for even hidden gluten/dairy that I am not aware of in products.

Didn't care to take this product, it didn't help me I'm not saying it's a bad product, I'm saying that my body doesn't like it!
