Enzymatic Therapy, the manufacturer, is one of my favorites - they provide a few products that seem to be high quality and low dosages, so that you can easily step up to a dosage that you are comfortable with. their DHEA is no exception - I'm in my late forties and both my partner and I are on this - it gives alot of youthful energy and he's stepped up to a higher dosage now that he's taken it for awhile.

I take this product everyday and really like it. I tried the 10 mg Swanson brand and found myself getting really irritable so I went back to Enzymatic Therapy at just the 5 mg pills. This gives me all I need to get through the day.

My wife wants to use DHEA but is not wanting to be knocked over by it. This product gives her a little bit of what she wants without exceeding what she believes is needed. If careful is your style this might be what you want.

These 5 mg tablets are good for safe, low dosages. Particularly good for females who don't need higher dosages. Also good for optimizing your dosage instead of using higher dosage tablets.

I like that Swanson carries this low 5mg dose of DHEA. This is the perfect dose for me combined with 25 mg pregnenolone. I have my hormones checked once a year and this gives the optimum amount.

This product is very useful to boost your mood. If you over 50 years of age, then I recommend this to get more energy, libido, and over all health.

Many bottles of DHEA are for 25mg strength, for myself I think that is too much. 10mg may also be too much, so I love the 5mg size. I am a small size and way passed mid-life, therefore I consider 5mg just right.

I used this years ago and decided I would try it again. I use it very occasionally.
