I haven't used it much yet, but BeanAssist really helps reduce bloating after meals with beans or lentils. It's easy to chew and makes digestion much more manageable, even if it doesn't completely eliminate symptoms every time. Definitely a helpful enzyme supplement for occasional gas.

This helps me eat whole wheat cereal. I take two right before my first bite. I have fructan intolerance. The bonus about these is that there are no fillers that I can't digest. It doesn't completely eliminate my issues, but it makes a significant difference. Plus the price is great!

I think it works as well as gas and bloating preventives that cost twice as much or more.
