Started with this product, but needed more help with my IBS and food allergies/sensitivities. Still have this, as a back-up. Now using Digest Complete (fewer capsules per meal).

I am sure it is a great product it just didn't fit me. I have had a bloating problem for the longest time and wasn't sure where it came from. I assumed that it might be due to a lack of enzymes that my body produced so I tried them but then it made my bloating problem even worse for some reason. I took them with every meal I ate which was about 3-4 times a day. Once I stopped using them, the problem went back to what it was.
