Quality of this brand is good but I did prefer and notice the gold version have more notable results. Good enzyme blend all the same and ingredients aka enzymes are good and thorough. Good for most ages would love this brand to add in HCL and bile but otherwise good and ok cost wise

Love this enzyme brand I just only ever give it a 4/5 as it doesn't include any other digestive support ie HCL and bile. The gold version is better but for the price this has a good composition of enzymes. Gentle on the stomach and in support of digestion. No taste and I do recommend.
