It does work and has mostly natural ingredients unlike some other products I looked at with Alginic acid. However I wish you made an alternative without xylitol and sorbitol--just orange and vanilla flavors should be enough

Good alternative to other hearburn tablets. Been trying many brands these seem more on the natural side.
