I took one capsule that my daughter gave me. I couldn't believe how fast it worked, so I bought a bottle when I got the flu. It has helped me stave off a sinus infection. Sounds gross, but it thins mucus enough for it to move and not get infected.

These three pics of my leg show the Shingles lesions that I experienced.._x000D_ I took Enzyme Defense 3 capsules/ 3 times a day for 7 days , then cut back to fewer and fewer capsules per day until I am now on 2 a day. Helped to dry up my rash, but mainly did away with the flank pain that I had been experiencing. I believe it killed the virus! Two of my friends run Health food stores. and had attended a Summit to learn about the wonders of Enzyme Defense. They suggest it to every customer who comes in with Shingles .

My son had mono/ebv and after trying pharmaceuticals for 2 months with no change and missing more and more school we decided to try Enzyme Defense (Virastop). With in 5 days he was back at school and out of bed! Thank you
