I'm a very heavy-awaking person. I also do have a problem with falling asleep and awakening during the night. I was taking this magnesium for the past 2 weeks and it definitely changed the game. Good blend of magnesium types, and has a high amount of magnesium per serve compared to other brands. There are cheaper brands of magnesium out there but you have to take multiple pills if you want to reach the RDI. For that reason this is my favourite I've tried.

The size of the capsules is normal, it was easy to drink. The packaging is an ordinary jar made of white opaque plastic. The frequency of intake according to the manufacturer's recommendation is 1 capsule 2 times a day, and drank. I can not believe this magnesium is ranked 155 for magnesium and 356 for sleep. I've been an iherb member for more than a decade and had no idea this magnesium existed. It is incredible. I take 2 at night. I have a mthfr mutation which has the effect of making me chronically depleted in magnesium even with daily supplementation. I've tried every magnesium brand and formulation and subtype. I've found good/fine ones but this is outstanding. I have several chronic pain conditions - 24-7 pain - and this magnesium hugely reduces that pain both at night and during the day. I have terrible insomnia (hello menopause) - this gives me easy deep refreshing sleep. Where I was waking up 8x a night now I only wake up once. It is superb. Dose matters - consider taking 2 at night.
