I have acid reflux disease, and since beginning to take one of these before bedtime, my stomach pains have been almost non-existent. I believe my reflux was originally caused by stress, and stress affects digestion, and this really helps. I could feel the difference right away, and will take these probably for the rest of my life. I also follow acid free diet, but that wasn't enough, with these I don't need any medication if I just keep my diet.

Digestive upset like heartburn have been an issue for me for decades and this product is proving helpful when very little else is. The capsule size is good as easy to swallow. I am happy enough to have ordered a second bottle and only give 4 stars in review as haven't been taking long enough to be sure. I alternate taking it with bicarb soda in orange juice which also help me, as i clearly need the pH to be correct. So pH is the answer.

Strong stuff, maybe a bit much for me. I prefer to take the ph drops. These capsules actually created heartburn for me.

I've been taking for ages, no change in ph for my saliva. Admittedly, this is a hard case and maybe it's alkalising my urine but it's not affecting my whole body enough to effect my saliva. I gave it 3 stars because maybe it helps some people's digestion - I couldn't tell any change.
