Bought for my 8 year old son not really knowing what to expect but this bike has been great! Has enough speed/power for him, battery has lasted better then we thought! Also have had great interaction with customer service when we lost a security key. Would recommend this bike.

I recently purchased the GT900 City Mountain E-bicycle. I have only had the opportunity to ride it around my neighborhood a couple of times but the ride is smooth. As is the gears shift. Of the 4 E-bikes I purchased, the assembly instructions of this bike were the easiest to follow. Assembly was quick and took maybe 10 minutes but that includes removing all the zip ties. The bike itself is not too heavy compared to others that I have. I'm still learning all the features but the screen is a good size and easy to read. I got this one up to 21 MPH and just cruised!

For the price, it's a pretty solid e-bike. I'm 6'4, 211 and the bike can fit me on it. Be careful when riding, the back tire tread can get worn really fast. I'd recommend anti-puncture tubes and tires. Due to the speed, bumps are a lot more impactful too so make sure to tune your suspension accordingly. Otherwise, the bike is great. I have a problem with my LCD display and I communicated that to the seller. Really fast response time and they're willing to work with you to ensure satisfaction. If you need a cheaper e-bike with good speed and battery life, this is probably your best bet.

No real problems with bike. Customer Service SUCKS, they sent non US charger, I sent an email w/pictures of the issue. Back and forth for almost 3 weeks with full details of issue and pictures showing issue, when it finally got up the chain far enough they asked details and pictures of issue so I forwarded my original email w/ original pictures and it was finally solved. Buyer beware if you don't speak Chinese and need support be prepared for frustrations.

my only problem is the front axle is not the correct length, it is way to short !!! (24 inch wheels) while being driven the wheel wobbles side to side and the disk brake drags and makes "squikey" noises i have been trying to contact the distributor for the correct axle.......

When I received the bike I added air to the front and rear tires then had the bike in the house to surprise my son for his birthday. It wasn't set up ready to go a complete hour and the Front tire was flat. So I added a little bit of air and listen really close and found a spot where you guys pinch the tube and put a hole in it. Can you please send me a replacement tube and tire for the front rim so I can get it fixed so my son can finally ride it for the first time? Thank you Don Garrison

Charging problems, electrical errors. Unreliable. Besides being out of 436.00; im going in debt getting to work. Worst of all Walmart will not take responsibility and has not tried to correct the problem. The seller has not responded, even though Walmart contacted them on my behalf...No one will help!

Do not buy this bike. The wires in the back tire severed the second time my husband rode it and not it has no power. The manufacturer won't replace the bike but will have us pay to ship a new motor to figure out how to put in ourself. And all I can get from my Allstate protection plan is reimburse me for repairs. Instead of a refund

i hate to give bad reviews but DO NOT purchase this bike! i was crossing 4 lanes of travel and needed to get to the other side quickly because the cars travel 45 miles an hour. So I quickly tried to cross the lanes of travel and when i did the plastic chain protector cracked off and the chain came off the sprocket and left me stranded in the middle of the road unable to peddle. i had to jump off bike and run it to the other side of the road to avoid being hit by oncoming cars ( this is no joke) i am an athletic guy and work out 5 days a week and am in good shape. thia was the first and last fime i will ride this bike anywhere. the chain had come off the sproket 3 times on that 1 4 mile ride. i am hoping that this is just a defective bike and others do not operate the same way because this is very dangerous for riders.

Bike came with both tubes flat. We tried re-inflating and adding patches. Nothing worked. I contacted seller to initiate a return as Walmart would not take it back due to it being a 3rd party vendor. The seller emailed and asked if we tried to re-inflate the tires (which we did). He then asked for pictures and videos…. I work a lot so it's hard to find time. In the end, returning wasn't an option and they just gave me tips on trouble shooting. We ended up having to buy new tubes. Then after using it for about 1 month, the battery life degraded significantly to about 50% capacity. Now you have to take the charger with you everywhere if you don't want to get stranded and have to pedal the entire way, description says 40miles commute…. More like 10-15
