Healthy and filling
These are my healthy go to when I need a protein based boost. If I am traveling or my schedule gets in the way of meal times I use EPIC bars as a way to get some solid nutrition. I love that I can read the ingredients label and understand what it says. They are pricy but well worth it. I always have one of these in my purse as my 'in case of emergency' meal replacement.

Great snack for added protein
These are great for added protein as a snack. Not so spicy that you need a drink while eating however, they are fairly dry but I still enjoy very much.

Just the right amount of spiciness and so tasty! I eat one every for a small snack between meals and it keeps me full enough to keep going throughout my day! Super high in protein and very flavorful.

Family found the texture and the flavor and pleasing. My husband ended up eating them to not waist the food but my teen boys stopped after first bar.
