Love "Epicurean Specialty Truffle Seasoning with Parmesan and Black Garlic 9 Ounce"! Use it everyday, and on any dish. Did not like the fact that I had to pay twice as much for each bottle. Used to buy them at Costco for half the price, unfortunately can't find there anymore!

Dish Balancer
It helps to balance dishes. I quite like it especially in marinara and Alfredo. It's not so easy to shake using the spice top as it tends to clump a bit. I've found it best to use a spoon so I don't accidentally pour in too much. Use before adding salt as it is quite salty on it's own.

Great Flavor. Strong Value.
Getting harder to find this product. Price has increased over time. Flavor is solid without adding excessive salt/sodium. Great on most meats, especially burgers!

Delicious flavor…
I use this seasoning on air fried chicken thighs…. And in a noodle bowl - makes the broth soooo good. It's that secret ingredient you've been searching for. It's a little pricy but so worth it! I make my own spice rub with it…it makes the most bland protein (chicken) so full of flavor.
