Very Strong Epoxy
This epoxy is not only strong it mixes into paste where you can apply it thick if need be. Setup time is also really fast when you need a quick set time.

Home fixer
Fast setting 5 minutes. Small amount. Just cut package end off. Squeeze it out on a piece of paper with the mixing stick . Mix it with the stick. Then apply with the stick. Hold parts together for 5 minutes. I don't know if it is an electrical insulator. I think I would expect it to be an electrical insulator.
