Upon installation the yellow ink showed to be 1/3 full, the rest showed about 1/2 full. The next morning ALL THREE colors showed 1/4 full. By noon everything was at empty and the printer stopped working due to low ink. I had printed only 4 pages total. I have never had this happen before.

I cannot believe how much I spent for this! I ran 3 print head cleanings to get my colors right because the quality of the prints wasn't right and tried printing a label again and my NEW ink cartridges are already half way gone! I JUST brought it! I also noticed that the ink is expired 12/16/2025! So not only is the ink quality bad, but it's expired, expensive, and doesn't last long at all!!!!!! This has to be some kind of a joke!!!! This is horrible! I will never buy ink for my printer from Walmart. I normally get it from Office Max or something similar but I was in a rush.

The ink received was expired. The ink was ordered in September 2025, but the expiration date shows May 2025. Walmart members deserve better than to have items, that would have otherwise been discarded, delivered to them.

Having to go through being insulted twice by said employee, Destiny is enough to Sri e people away. The manager did remedy the situation but not worth the hassle and being called basically a liar. There should be someway that the item could be checked out, bar code to show it was the same one delivered and why a return or tampered item was delivered from that particular store.
