This is the best price I could find anywhere for ink for our printer. I ordered it and picked it up at the store which was very convenient. I have recommended this to family and friends !

Too costly!
I don't like it that Epson has installed software that prevents me from using recharged ink. I am forced to pay higher prices to get their proprietary ink. Grrr...

The delivery system took longer than I expected. I could have picked it up myself and saved the waiting for delivery. Next time I will select the pick up options instead,

Usually 2 for this price
For this price, I usually get a package of 2 black ink cartridges. I was shocked to find only 1 in the package this time.

Not good for occasional use
I don’t use my printer every day, and the carriage dries up after it sits. I doubt there’s any way around that since I don’t use it much but it is irritating to waste half a dozen sheets of paper cleaning the heads and reprinting until the streaks and lines clear up.

Less quantity ink wise and poor color
Huge problems with these ink cartridges and worsening by the day. I received it two days ago and my printer is showing "low" needs replacement soon after printing out only 18 sheets of paper. What is going on with these companies ripping off consumers? The color is off as well and at the worst possible time. Disappointing and disturbing...
