Epson DS-70 Portable Document Scanner

Bought this to use in a business setting. I've been running it for a few weeks now and it works perfectly. I'm using it with both a pc and a mac - set up on both platforms was easy and it's simple to use,

The service , expertise of the salesperson was a seemless transaction . The Dell sales rep was excellent.

This scanner is one of the best item I've ever bought! Its easy to set up and super convenient in size for storage and travel. The can is perfect and always comes out exactly right. You can scan everything with all features (B&W, Color, etc.) I highly recommend this product. You can use it literally anywhere even in your car!

I bought this scanner about a month ago and once I downloaded the drivers and utilities from the Eason website it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, nowhere in the packaging does it tell you that you have to download the drivers and utilities to make it work, so if not tech savvy you will think it doesn't work or be calling their help line.

Absolutely great scanner. I would highly recommend. Easily to use.

It's a good little scanner. I thought it would be better than the RR-60. But, I was wrong. Each time you scan something, you have to press add-finish-or done on your computer screen. And evidently the RR-60 comes with the software that you have to buy for this one.

This is a great scanner. Can't say enough good about the quality of scan. However, ever 2 weeks I receive an error message that say the computer can't communicate with the scanner. It requires a complete re-install of the drivers as well as re-registering the product. It's getting old.

It does not connect to my laptop despite several software update. I have to pretty much uninstall and reinstall the EPSON software every time i need to use the scanner.

I have to delete my Epson DS-70 and reinstall it EVERY TIME I want to use it. When it finally scans, the document is acceptable, but getting there is extremely aggravating. When I press the scan button, absolutely nothing happens. Not able to return it.

I bought a new DSb 70 in Feb 2022.. it was working then stopped.. you sent me a replacement which was a reburbished one and after once use it stooped working..
