I purchased this printer to start a stationary shop and I have loved it. I used it a lot. The only thing that I didn't like is it doesn't have a screen so I had to figure out how to do a printhead cleaning. (Hold the stop button for about 5 seconds). Other thank that it is a great printer for high production printing

So far I love this printer! It was easy to set up, refilling the ink is fairly inexpensive and stress-free, and it prints like a charm. Honestly, I might buy another one for sublimation!

so far no complaints. have printed quite a few full color and text documents and used very little ink

I converted this to sublimation in and it works better than my last Epson that I converted......love this one

i shouldve got one with a scanner! a bit slow but more pros than cons. wakmart was great delivery guy so nice and polixe and avpersinality. tipped 20$ and he was very happy and appreciative. too bad he cant deliver all my orders. way to go hiring guy at walmart.

I was familiar with the Epson eco tank printers because I used one frequently. They are very nice in general. I've been thinking of getting one for some time, so it wasn't exactly an impulse buy. However, my mistake was not reading the box more carefully. The ET-1913 is a printer only. It does not have a glass plate for copying or scanning. If you want to scan and print, you have to use your phone or other device to scan and then send to the printer. The second thing was setup. For some reason I could not set up with wifi directly. It didn't like my wifi. So I had to go to a store and buy a printer cord for $8. I was finally able to connect and use my three devices with the printer but it took a couple of hours. The printer cord requires the box shaped end and the other end is a usb end. I have a small device that takes usb with a c connecter so that I can connect to iphone and my apple computer. If you have Apple devices, you might want to buy a cord with the printer connecter and a C-end. Once I got my printer set up with my windows computer and 2 Apple devices, I could make print jobs with wifi, so I finally got it working properly. The price is pretty good for an ecotank printer and I know in the long run it will save me money. I am disappointed it doesn't copy. I printed some pages out and they look good and it worked quickly. So, I am going to keep it although I was highly tempted to return it when I was having connection issues. If you are interested in buying one, also note that the paper holder extends out at an angle past the printer which is a consideration for where it will live.

its nice to knowe that your review is a demand before you can open it . here goes !!!! it a piece of crap . YW. It took 3hrs to set up, I had to clean the print head 3 times with in the first 5 printings and 4 times in the next 2 days. i finally found the phone number to call and they hung up twice. I would love to say how I feel but it would probably get redacted.
