I had no problem setting up my new printer and loading the ink bottles. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The install instructions run on an iPad or iPhone and make the process easier. I loaded the drivers on my laptop, also with no problems. The print quality, especially photos are much higher quality than my old HP printer with ink cartridges. The very small LED panel is hard to read, but not really needed much with the software on an Apple device. Overall this was a great upgrade from our old printer and the ink subscription we were paying for. Be advised that this printer will not print on both sides of a page, it is one side only

I like many things about the printer but the tanks of ink instead of the horribly expensive cartridge system sold me on this printer. In addition, good quality printing, and a quiet setting make it a win for me. What I don't like is the lights - flashing, steady or "breathing" I want a" turn the light off" setting. Too many lights on every device everywhere all the time. Darkness , darkness please! I know that I can turn off the printer which obviously turns off the lights but I don't want to keep turning the printer on and off. Because it is a ring light around the on/off switch it is hard to cover with black tape but I a going to try.

Love the printer. Wireless connection was problematic but I persevered😁. The only complaint I have is the control panel on the front of the printer. I am a senior citizen and navigating the very small control panel was a challenge. A one inch screen just won't cut it. It has to be the smallest control panel on any piece of computer equipment I have ever seen.

It has been working smoothly so far, very happy with the quality of the printing and the ease of filling the ink. It was a little finicky getting it setup, especially to our laptops, the instructions to get the laptops setup felt a little unclear, but we did sort of figure it out. The only thing we still haven't figured out is how to get it to scan to our computers. The phone was easy since it had the app, but we don't really want to use our phones.

I loved my last Epson printer where the paper came from the tray under the printer. This option was not available in the price range I was looking for…which was no more than 350.00. This printer is a bit more difficult to navigate through the small screen also. I don't need large jobs printed, so it will do for my size of business.

Good printer for the money. Slow. Does double-sided on plain paper only, not cardstock. Need to print regularly of the nozzles will clog. Love the eco-tanks.

Not terribly computer illiterate really having trouble setting it up no mention of what each button does watching YouTube videos they say push this push that. How am I supposed to know this just need simple instructions for an idiot

The worst!!!!! absolute WORST PRINTER ever!!!... do not and I repeat DO NOT!!! buy this printer. I am telling you 100% honest this is the worst printer ever created. It looks like it was designed to to be difficult in every way from the tiny screen to the constant disconnecting from the internet and then it tells you in a message that your wireless router is the problem..... it's asking you to uninstall and reinstall it has no explanation other than you are the problem and your Wi-Fi is the problem....... what gets me as they are so disgusting Epson by allowing us to continue to be on the market and they know that it's a piece of crap yet they're still selling it..... I am sure anybody that has responded in a positive way is not human and is some sort of AI generated situation................. It is beyond frustrating.,,, and again I am 100% telling the truth. This is a piece of garbage, a waste of money and more importantly, a waste of your time save yourself the aggravation. I.... I would give it -100 stars if I had the option............... Set up was easy. Filling ink was easy. Printed 2 pictures on glossy paper. They came out great. Started next print realized had wrong paper so I pulled it out and now I don't have a printer and can not find a way to talk to anyone. It will not start. Follow all jammed paper instructions and it just keep telling to shut it off and fix jammed paper. Did this 4 times and will not start up.

I bought this because my previous Epson was bleeding me dry in ink costs. This priinter has been a piece of crap since it came out of the box. I have not been able to print more than a couple of pages because the printer will not maintain the wifi password entered. I have reset the network settings at least 20 times, going thru all the steps to enter the network password (2 separate networks, extremely strong signal and high speeds available), yet the printer will only give me maybe a page or so every 4-5 resets. Junk!
