AWSOME PRINTER FOR THE MONEY
Replaced a ET5800 I've had for six years that showed a paper jam I was unable to find which was the only reason I replaced it. It was working fine up till the paper jam.That was why I replaced it another one of the same. Very easy to operate EXTREMLY LOW INK USE. NO INK CARTRIDGES. It performed all fuctions flawlessly for six years

Extremely happy wife to receive this printer
I bought this printer for my wife. I have never seen her react so happy to receive the gift. She loves the quality she loves the big window. All I can say is she's very grateful and happy. And I got great points for being a great husband and getting her the perfect gift.

overall fantastic
I love her Chief it is to refill ink and I have two different drawers for two different kinds of paper. love how big the touchscreen is. I also love the printing speed and the look of colors. I printed some pictures on photo paper and it came out like I just got it from a store. I could not recommend this enough and it has checked every box that I was looking for.

Good option for office
I was looking for a new printer for my office. I print a lot of pages daily and this has been a great option. It's fast smooth and works really well. I do recommend.

Average product with a couple of downsides
This is the second one of these our business has purchased. The first one seemed to do better than this one. The current one gets paper jams frequently and it can't handle large jobs. Overall, it suits our purpose for copying/faxing/scanning. We do like the fact that we don't have to buy ink very often.

Do not purchase
This is the BIGGEST piece of junk ever!! If you are printing just words, it's fine, try to print anything with a picture and it can't do it. I'm returning.

Not worth buying
Prints for a while but then stops printing forever even when you do maintenance about 10 times and reset ink levels
