Epson SureColor F170 Dye Sublimation Printer

The printer is wonderful Whoever advertised sublimation paper and tape included, did not enclose any.

I think I’m going to return. I don’t like that package was opened to put their own caution paper in there. The energy sign is also in Spanish and I don’t want it setting up in Spanish. Doesn’t seem legitimate. And it says you can’t return if you put ink in it and I’m not feeling comfortable about that because most times you can even return it back to the store. I worked retail for over 15 years And some in management so I know this is a fact. Had I known it was coming from Florida and a second hand company, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

It prints nicely. However, connection to print sucks. Signal from WiFi is excellent, however; it won't print until we reboot the WiFi each and every single time!!! Would not buy again. Customer service told us to put it closer when again……. WiFi already shows excellent connection. Still didn't print. Wish I could return

It want accept the paper when its on the correct side but when its on the Glossy side it prints fine.

Listing said it included paper and heat tape but they were not included. I reached out to the seller and never heard back. When I tried to register my item with the manufacturer, they said the serial number on my item was not authorized to be sold in the US/Canada (only South America). So I could not register, the warranty was not valid and the manufacturer could not provide support. I couldn't get my colors right but since I couldn't get help from Epson I'm going to return. I would not recommend this seller.

TWO DAYS AFTER, I GOT AN E-MAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE: Hi David, There was a typo with the listings and seller is offering $15 partial refund towards their order Would you like to proceed? Awaiting Response Thank you Customer Support UNBELIEVEABLE!! HOW DARE THE SELLER OFFER ME A REFUND OF JUST $15?? BUT THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE LIKE THIS!!

I recently bought the Epson sublimation printer, and I haven't been able to print anything at all. I've tried different file formats, installed and uninstalled the drivers multiple times, and even updated everything to the latest version — but nothing works. The printer starts the job and then cancels it automatically without printing. I've spent hours troubleshooting, but it's been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better, every thing y read was great for this printer

I called customer service when I relized I only recieved the printier with ink, however powercord , 100 sheet sublimation paper, and heating tape was missing. They informed me they were going to take care of it, and its been days without knowing anything.

purchased this printer and the ink is dull reached out to Epson and was informed that it was defective and was told that the serial number does not match the reciept and they believe they sent me a refurbished one or something. someone contacted me today and never got the issue resolved. not happy $430 for NOTHING.

1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed with the Epson F170 I was excited to start using the Epson SureColor F170, but I haven't been able to print a single thing since unboxing and setting it up. I followed all the instructions carefully, including alignment, yet the printer keeps displaying a paper jam error—even though there is no paper inside at all! I own another Epson printer that has worked flawlessly, so I expected the same quality from this one. Unfortunately, the F170 has been a complete letdown. No matter what I try, the error won't clear, making the printer completely unusable. I'm beyond disappointed with this purchase. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable sublimation printer!
