I got this on a good deal right around Black Friday! this is an excellent home office computer. does everything I need and more. copy, scan, print, fax. very easy to hook up. scans directly to email and other spots is a good deal. I recommend it

I purchased this printer to convert for sublimation. It was very simple and works flawlessly! They only downside is the lack of refillable cartridges for it which I knew before purchasing. Since the model is so new they are not available yet but once they are I will be so trilled! This is a great machine.

Epson's WF-7820 All-In-One is AWESOME! Easy to use, prints nicely and full of easy use options. I LOVE this printer!

Easy to set up. Most printing going very well. Having trouble figuring out how NOT to print 2-sided and with all objects in PDF drawings showing up when printed.

Walmart first of all sent me the wrong item. plus, it's too bulky, the alight is off still after troubleshoot. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE AI ENABLED, PLUS I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING AN UP TO DATE BRAND NEW MACHINE, BUT GOT IT AND I CAN'T MOVE IT BY MYSELF, NOT A GOOD WAY TO EDIT ISSUES ON IT, AND INSTEAD OF CUTTING EDGE BRAND NEW, AI ENABLED ABILITIES AND EXTRAS ..I ENDED UP WITH A PRINTER THAT I CANNOT REALLY USE FOR WHAT I AM NEEDING TO, PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY SENT ME A MACHINE THAT IS 4-5 YEARS OLDER THAN BRAND NEW CUTTING EDGE. I WANT TO EXCHANGE IT. NEED WAL-MART TO HELP ME WITH THE PROCESS, BEINGS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE (TOOK TWO, LAST AND SPOKE TO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SUPERVISOR.. AND EVEN SHE GOT THE PRODUCT WRONG! VERY UPSET WITH MANY DIFFERENT THINGS AND SERVICES THRU WALMART, IN WHICH I USE.. (OR, SHOULD I SAY, "I TRY TO USE THEIR SERVICES ONLINE" BUT, THERE'S ALWAYS SOME KIND OF PROBLEM ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, THRU THEM. IT'S GETTING OLD AND FRUSTRATING TO NO END! JUST ONE ISSUE AFTER ANOTHER! I'M PHYSICALLY DISABLED AND WOULD LOVE TO SAY INTERACTIONS AND PRODUCTS ARE SUPERB, BUT AS YOU CAN SEE... THAT'S JUST NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS TIME!!! I CAN'T EVEN FIND GOOD CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS TO GET MYSELF SQUARED AWAY WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS AND MISHAPS WITH THEIR CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT. Used too much ink and when replaced the ink cartridges it wont print now and cartridges are expensive.

Epson has gotten terrible!! The ink cartridges the printer came with ONLY printed the alignment page, then it said install new print cartridges. Well, I didn't buy any at the time I bought the printer thinking I would at least get 100 pages out of the ones that came with it. I did go out the next day, and bought the Epson cartridges, now it says 2 are not installed. I have tried every thing to get this printer to recognize them without any success. I am returning this and buying a HP!

This is the 2nd Epson printer/scanner combo that we've purchased that went bad. I just put the new toner in on the day of installation which was 2 days ago and today the ink was already needing to be replaced. Thats insane. I work in a 2 person office and we scan more than we print. I'm highly disappointed. Will return and purchase another brand.

This is literally the worst printer I have ever owned. I thought we'd get used to it but we have not. The “firmware” needs constant updates. It takes at least 15 minutes every time I want to print one page. If I could return it I would. Unfortunately I bought it in December for my husband's match birthday …and by the time we realized how bad it sucked. Save your money.

This is the worst piece of useless equipment I have ever bought. EVERY TIME I use it, I have to unplug it, reprogram it, re-orient it to my laptop. I needed a wide format printer for work, and this is the only one available at the time. I had an hp wide format printer that ran beautifully for 10 years, and finally could no longer be updated, although it still printed its test page perfectly. Epson printer has been a problem from day one, and a complete time waster. And who cares about the appearance of this printer?
