I stopped buying printers about 10 years ago because they kept breaking. I have only had this for a week and a half, but have been using it heavily and it has held up great. It: - was easy to set up. As with any printer, be sure to follow directions in order and to the letter. - prints relatively quickly - can connect to up to 8 devices - does not include a USB cable in the box but is very easy to set up to print wirelessly over your home Internet network - looks nice and doesn't take up much space All in all, I would give 10 stars if I could! Buy this printer! :)

Worked first time out of the box, easy set up, good print and copy quality. Nice product at a good price point. I haven't had to replace ink cartridges yet so could change my opinion when I price those out.

This printer does everything I ask of it, and came at a reasonable price, so no major complaints. Had a few minor issues with the flatbed scanner coming through to my computer, but after that was resolved it has been working well.

So far the printer has been really good, although at times it can take a while to do double sided but for the price I got it for, it does the job. The only downside to this printer is the ink goes by so fast that it is expensive. If anyone has any compatible ink cartridges that they recommend please let me know

It was impossible for me to set up, I tried to return it to your Wyomissing store they told me I would have to return it to your supplier. I am a 82 year old woman who no longer drives I could not continue carring this printer around and keep asking people to drive me to the stores, I left it at your store never received a credit then I purchased another Canon and I am very satisfied. You can keep that Epson and it will the last time I order any product that I have to get from suppliers unless its a product I've used before, it was a bitter $179.00 lesson.

I just bought this printer which came with little ink. I bought black, but it will not print unless I change all the ink cartridges. All I need to use is black. This printer is just a piece of junk!!

Ink is expensive and doesn't last. It may say prints up to 200 pages but it may print about 20 before you need to reorder ink. It constantly asks to do updates and it won't work until you do. Updates are a haste. Don't waste your money! I'm highly disappointed.
