fast shipping, wonderful product that works well. losing the ability to hear because of a blockage is something that can not stand. This tool is effective and easy to use. No need to have someone to help or to hold your head at an uncomfortable or ridiculous angle. The pressure is easy to control so it gets the wax out without causing potentially damaging pressures.

Is much easier to use than the rubber bulb ear syringe included with the softening drops. Is more like what is used in the Doctor's office to flush the ear canal. Can control the pressure of water when flushing the ear.

Product is okay
The product is just okay. It works, it just wasn't strong enough to flush my kiddos giant ball of wax. The syringe ended up working so much better.
