Great quality and organic coffee - definitely more of a medium roast coffee. It tastes good, I just find that I prefer darker roast coffees (like the Love Buzz one from Equal exchange). Great for those who love medium roast though!

Equal Exchange Organic Breakfast Blend, Whole Bean, Medium & French Roasts, 12 oz is value priced, and tastes best right after it's brewed. After it sits awhile, it is acidic . You can always make iced coffee with leftovers and diluting it with ice cubes tames the acidity. I notice it more since I drink black coffee. It is arabica beans so doesnt give me jitters like robusta does. If you drink your coffee with cream , you may like this coffee more than I did.
