When this came out in the '80s I was thrilled to see a flexible remedy for digestive issues from which many people suffered. But it failed to get a market toe-hold and disappeared. When I saw it was timidly back on the market (or still?) I was happy to buy some to keep on hand, just in case. Those cases do pop up from time to time, and Equalactin works miracles, whether feast or famine, if you know what I mean. It's important to drink the requisite amount of water to keep hydration up, but I cannot speak to what happens if one doesn't -- I've never dared risk it! Having a good number of tablets on hand for the times I've needed it, or to share with visitors who did, has been a godsend. Highly recommend 10/10.
