i had surgery on tuesday and getting on and off the toilet has been a bit of a challenge. i got this bad boy and man has it made it so much easier! i might just keep it on even after im done healing lol i did try it with the handles and i needed more space so im currently not using the side rails but they were nice when i had them on just needed more room

This toilet riser was exactly what my elderly father needed. He has less use of his legs these days %26 this was everything we were looking for. It was super simple to assemble %26 install the whole process took less than 3 minutes. It sets at the perfect height, is sturdy especially for someone like my father who tries to scoot rather than pull himself up. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

It says that it fits most round and elongated toilet seats. It did not fit my Kohler elongated toilet seat. I ended up swapping the seats between an American Standard toilet in a second bath and the Kohler one to allow me to put the raised seat in the bathroom with the Kohler one-piece toilet.

overall this product is pretty easy to install, And does the job if you have just had a recent surgery on a lower extremity in which you cannot get down to the normal height of a standard toilet, however, the size of the physical hole is extremely small comparative too a normal toilet seat which makes using it substantially more challenging for larger people. If you are skinny, this won't be a problem, But if you are overweight or even obese you will have challenges with this product.

It doesn't work or fit right. Not happy that something is wrong with it and it's not returnable! That is not fair that you spend this much money and cannot return it! It is not useful and i wasted my money!

Thought this would be helpful for my 95 year old grandmother. She is a petite woman but was unable to clean herself due to not having room to get her hand down to clean. With an opening only that big, I cannot see how someone with a larger frame could use this at all. The height was also surprisingly too high for her as well. She's 5' 2", so this had her feet off of the floor. By law you cannot return this type of equipment so do your research.

Seat can not be installed with a toilet seat in place as pictured in ad. The height of seat is ridicules. Why too high. Getting on and off is imposable for anyone disabled. And, it is not returnable or refundable. You do not know this when ordering.

The seat itself is fine- however after 2 emergency plumber visits, the stupid little black cover that fits over the tightening thing was found lodged in the toilet impeding the flow of everything! If you buy this - do NOT use the little black cover!!

This seat is very unstable. When properly assembled and installed, the seat freely slides up and back, as there is no mechanism to tether it in place.. I tried sitting on the seat several times. On the 3rd attempt I was falling off as the seat unexpectedly moved me forward. Although the company states no refunds, that should only apply if they're offering a quality product. This is a cheap piece of plastic that is dangerous to use. I demand a full refund. Had I not been able to catch myself, preventing a fall on a hard bathroom fall, we'd be talking about a lot more than $50. Please advise where I should return this dangerous product..

The directions say Easy to clean, but it is not. It's only easy to clean on the surface not inside. It leaks inside. Haven't had it for a week to use and I'm throwing it away not worth the money. Don't waste your money. You can't even return it so I threw my money out the window
