I am not a huge fan of Acetaminophen, but my doctor wants me to only use it for pain relief. I get better results with Ibuprofen and aspirin. But, I have a Hiatal Hernia. This is a hernia in the throat (esophagus) and My doctor said other pain relievers could cause bleeding in my hernia. I also take Acetaminophen in a Flu Medicine Hot drink and since it is in a liquid, it goes to work quickly. I prefer all my meds to be gel caps. They are easier to swallow and do not get stuck halfway down like regular tablets. There is less stomach issues with Acetaminophen over other pain medicines. Acetaminophen is delivered though your blood stream after it is processed by your liver. Other pain medicines are processed through your stomach, which could cause bleeding or indigestion(heartburn). This Equate brand Acetaminophen will give you the exact same relief that Brand names do but it costs much less.

This product works well for pain relief. I mainly use it for headaches, mostly migraines. Most of the time the pain is gone in a couple of hours. Sometimes sooner.

I get this from a grandfather and for 2 years been spending literally 75% more on the actual Tylenol brand and when I discovered this I bought them and they are exactly as effective as the brand name thank you Walmart.

It's good for mild pain but doesn't help much if the pain is severe or persistent. I've tried tylenol and this product is just as good but it costs less

3 small problems: I thought these would be liquigels. they are not. I thought I'd find the inactive ingredients here on the website. I don't see them. And the picture that says actual size is larger than their actual size. (which is a good thing)
