I have always had strong nails, but something happened over the last few months (don't know what?) and they got so fragile, thin and brittle that I couldn't even pop a battery up! they chipped and broke every single day! I have been taking these gummies for about a month now and I can see where the new healthier mail is coming in and fast! I take one in the morning and one at night instead of the two at once.

i like these because they're a firm gummy not sticky, so you don't feel like you have to pry them off your teeth. I think they're doing a good job with promoting growth for hair %26 nails. My hair does seem healthier. My nails are thin %26 I'm not sure I'll ever get that to be a whole better, they have improved some. maybe time will tell.

these taste really good and are a dupe for natures bounty and these are affordable. i love these and use these for hair and na growth and love the soft texture. wish they made these in a gummy candy w/o the vitamins so i could eat more LOL

I definitely noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I was a bit skeptical. But I definitely notice a difference. This is the best price for 6000 mcg. of the biotin. Nearby store GIANT EAGLE BRAND COST is $7.49 for a 80 count and ONLY 2500 mcg of BIOTIN. That’s crazy…. $1.50 more for 2/3 less of the MAIN ingredient? Roughly. You get almost 3 times the amount of biotin in these at WalMart. And for $1.50 less.

I don't swallow pills very well and the taste of biotin is not appetizing, so I take these instead. My nails have become longer and stronger.

These are packed well, taste is pretty good. i can't yet on helping with the nails orvhair! That will take a couple of weeks before I notice anything, if not more. The price is comparable to other brands, %26 cheaper than others!=

I don't know what they did to this product, I recently got a full new bottle of strawberry flavor oh my God it's terrible this was another supplement I ended up having to throw into the garbage. I've purchased it before and it was not like this I do not know what the manufacturer did to this product. I know it certainly does not taste like strawberry in any way shape or form.

First of all the picture they add is not how they look…. the bottle is halfway full. Second of all, this product made me break out like crazy, but i should've known better than to buy a product promoting 6,000 mg of biotin. Please get lower doses i have no idea why there are 0 reviews mentioning this .
