Equate Alcohol-Free Nighttime Pain Reliever+Sleep-Aid Liquid, Acetaminophen 1000mg Diphenhydramine 50 mg, Midnight Berry Flavor, 12 fl oz

Diphenhydramine does nothing to help my sleep. But this bottle was marked down cheaper than the smaller bottle of pure acetaminophen liquid so I went with this. I only use this in the middle of the night when I wake up with joint stiffness - it is far easier to slurp some of this down while lying down, than to get up and swallow pills with water and get them all the way down. I guess most people do get some kind of effect from diphenhydramine, that's OK.

I use this for sleeping when my rx sleeping and pain meds aren't cutting it. It's been the only way I could get a good night's rest now and then, since I have SI and cervical arthritis and I'm often uncomfortable and in pain at night. The price is ok too, it's affordable for right now. Doesn't cause heartburn. Can probably wipe out a mild migraine, since I've used it for that too.

I certainly do use it when I need to I find that it did not work as quickly as any of the equate over the counter sleep pills so I probably won't be buying it again but it may work for someone else

Great to take at bedtime. I have back pain 😢 and this helps to relieve it, and gentle sleep aid. No lasting "hangover" effects, either, next morning.

Perfect for Congestion, Scratchy throat, Heartburn, and even for mild Migraine. I need it to knock me out because I have a chemical burn from "tea tree oil".

Puts me to sleep within an hour every time! And I stay asleep all night....and the pain relief helps with the pain in my hips. The taste makes it easy to swallow down!

Actually, one of the best I've had for nighttime pain relief I used to take the Tylenol p.m. but I believe this works a lot better we'll definitely buy again

I love the idea that there was no alcohol in it, unlike the other brands. It works wonderfully. it's not habit forming and I usually use it every night before I go to bed

This product helps ease knee pain affording me sleep. I've ordered this three times and will continue to use it.

it will work about or less than 30 min if you close your eyes and relax by morning you should be good to go.
