I’ve been using Equate All Day Pain Relief Naproxen Sodium Caplets for a few weeks, and they’ve worked really well for me. The 220 mg dose is effective for relieving moderate pain, like headaches and muscle aches, and it lasts throughout the day without needing a second dose. I appreciate that it’s a generic option, as it offers the same relief as more expensive brands at a better price. The caplets are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort or side effects. Overall, this is a great, affordable option for anyone looking for effective pain relief.
this is the stuff that works take two and it'll kill your pain and your feet in your back and teeth all kinds of places... sore when you wake up take two and you'll feel good within 30 minutes
I take two tablets about a half hour before work. by the time I'm into the thick of things, the naproxen is kicked in and I can make it through my work day without pain. I don't have to spend time on recovery after work either.
this works as well as the name brand.....and i cannot stress enough how much better......im saying amazingly better the price is at walmart......compared to other well known stores......i was shocked at the price....not a sale price.....just the regular everyday price......Thank you W-mart..
In the morning I notice it if I don't use one Naproxen tablet at bedtime. I have terrible knee arthritis, and nothing takes the pain away, but this stuff helps me get around and do what I need to do. I have found that for me, the tablets are actually more effective than the gel caps. Go figure....
I’ve been taking Aleve and the cost is ridiculous. I started using equate brand and it is exactly like the brand. Aleve can’t tell the difference and a much better price.
Had been taking a prescribed pain pill that was not very effective. Wasn't sure I could tolerate naproxen as I can't take ibuprofen. Tylenol works (1000mg), but takes an hour to become effective--and then for only five more hours. Yes, I did time it, which is how I know. Bought a small bottle of naproxen to try it. After some days, I was very satisfied. Back pain reduced substantially for about 12 hours each time. No noticeable side effects. One pill in morning and one in evening with no problems. Bought the large bottle and haven't looked back. (ok, bad joke--but it works for me, which is the point)
I was given the combo of 2 acetaminophen and 1 naproxen sodium after major surgery at Sacred Heart. Compared to an opioid, this combo took about 60 min to kick in completely. It did not give me any brain fog, knock me out, or otherwise affect me nagatively like opioid. This is now my go-to when dealing pain from surgery, arthritis flair ups, and hard exercise. Two doses takes care of me for 12 hours. Win-Win.
it's easy to swallow and just as powerful as the liquid gels. But, be careful on how long you take them for long periods of pain and don't go over the maximum dose, unless directed by a doctor. Though, a nurse says that you can take Aspirin/Tylenol or some other type of pain killer with the NSAID. But if you really want to know. ask a Nurse or Doctor. And more than just one.
Its a horrible thing when my husband gets hangry but that's nothing compared to the person I see when we run out of this medication. I've told him a million times.....I bought 2 bottles and when he opens the second one, tell me and I'll order more. Men, just don't listen, do they? Or maybe I just got that one in a million. LOL
