And, the delivery person followed the instructions, as written: Rung the described doorbell %23 -and- didn’t leave the delivery 📦, outdoors, on the steps of the building 🌇… but, neatly, placed it inside of the parlor on the (1st)-floor. Again, “Thank you (all),” for ‘service well done’.

I’m very disappointed in this soap refill bottle. ! I have bought other scents of your equate brand of hand soap, and I was happy with it. However, this particular bottle seems as if it’s been diluted with water. After I filled my smaller container and tried to pump the soap out of it. it squirted out like water all over the place I won’t be buying this again

I have purchased equate brand refill hand soap many times. I don’t know what has changed, but this last purchase was very disappointing. It is literally the consistency of water. When it comes out of my pump dispenser, it squirts everywhere. And absolutely no suds.

Extremely watered down. The scent is not strong either. But I’m confused because I bought the small bottle and it lathered well and wasn’t watery. So I guess I’ll just keep buying the smaller ones. It’s so watered down you can’t even see it in the picture.

Will dry out your hands pretty bad. Will make your hands red as well. This has a lot of strong detergent and preservative this is why is cheap. Take care of your precious hands. SKIP THIS ONE

The soap is thick but does not lather. It feels like hair gel on your hands. The more you scrub it just turns white. Something is off with the soap recipe. I have bought equate hand soap in the past and it was never like this. Very disappointed. Supplier please check this product.

I buy Equate soap often and sometimes have issues with it making soap watery if I use a different brand of soap before refilling pumps with the Equate brand. This soap turned a different brand to water, which is disappointing, but not surprising. Later on, I bought a different scent of Equate soap. When the berry kind was mostly gone, I added the new kind and it still turned watery and unusable.

This is so watery - you have to use so much to feel like your hands are clean. I regularly buy Equate soap refills in 2 other scents and have never had an issue with them so decided to try this one. NEVER AGAIN! Only positive is that it smells lovely.

Have purchased a LOT of Equate products. All have been up to expectations. This one is the absolute worst!! It is like water, won't lather at all and is like using watered down hand sanitizer. There basically is no detectable scent which I wouldn't mind if it just lathered properly. Biggest waste of money ever; very disappointed.
