My eye doctor recommended these drops because my eyes itched and watered when the mold count rose, when someone mowed their lawn, or I petted a neighbors dog. He gave me the name-brand name and told me to buy the generic with the same ingredients. Same ingredients, sooooooo much cheaper. They work best if used before I go outside. But if I forget and then get itchy, relief is nearly immediate.
I am in one of the top 10 highest grass pollen states (Willamette Valley in Oregon) and with every brand i tried, along with other allergy meds nothing worked! One drop in each eye in the morning and no more painful, itching, "sand in the eye" irritation!! This stuff is liquid gold. It's rarely on the shelves in my store because it sells out so fast. Half the price as the name brand but works just the same
i brought 2 because i used it before and you cannot beat the price. i had it delivered to my home. the boxes were crushed but the bottle of drops were in good shape. my one suggestion is that you package them better for delivery instead of throwing in the bottom of box, so they won't be crushed.
BUY THIS! I live in Florida where the yellow heavy pollen is thick. Even times in the winter when you have to kick the heat on, this works great. I wake up at times with icky eyes and this works instantly. It burns a bit when you first put the drops in but eyes feel better shortly after.
This product keeps my eyes from feeling like sandpaper during the spring allergy season. Controls itchy watering eye symptoms. I think the Walmart brand works as well as the name brand but usually costs less.
Recommended by my eye doctor. Formerly available by rx only. I became allergic to the protein that gets on my contact lenses. I wouldn't have been able to continue wearing contacts without this amazing stuff.
I've used famous brand of itch relief eye drops, but Equate works better for me. Plus the price is reasonable, so Equate is the only itch relief eye drops that I'm using now.
This product was recommended by my eye doctor and it really works. We all have terrible seasonal allergies and this is always in our medicine cabinets
Only helps a little with the problems allergies have on my eyes. Burn a bit after application. Hoping it would work 50% of how new allergy eye drops that use to be covered by my medical plan as required a prescription, but no such luck.
Sadly, like other similar eyedrops, the itching and running caused by seasonal allergies are only temporarily eased by this Equate version. I only get a few minutes of relief before the running and itching begin anew. I even use a saline eye wash solution before using the drops, but the combo isn't working very well for me.
