This source of vitamins helps keep me calm and stress free. Two in the morning and two in the evening. After a week or so; you will tell a difference between before and after.

Got them to help go to sleep faster. If you're wound up about something, these don't help a lot. If you're relaxed watching TV or reading a book, you'll be asleep before you know it.

I really like these. The flavor is fine. However, if you really get into taking ashwaganda consistently, using a liquid is probably a bit more reliable as the potency of these is strong after production and it wanes as they age.

Purchased for a family member who previously had taken a name brand which was three times the price. These are much better value and includes a higher dosage. Another great value!

problem...I believe this medicinal purpose gummy works well ..but I did not check it out before buying to see if this medicine goes along with my other medicines. clarification ..I take a blood thinner and after taking these gummies with my blood thinner, my arms developed blood spots big time...which probably meant this product works very well but caused me to over thin my blood. So be careful with this product if you take other medications.

I never received this items and a few other items. Just once I wish that all my items that I purchased was available in my order when delivered to me.

The product is advertised as a 90 count prr bottle but the bottle states 60. The item specification states 2 gummies per day the directions on the bottle states 2 gummies twice daily. I will no longer puchase this product.
