The Equate Ingrown Toenail Kit is a quality, easy-to-use set of tools for removing ingrown toenails. It is a money-saving alternative to going to a podiatrist for treating ingrown toenails. The dual-sided lifter raises the toenail from the toe so that the cutter can do its job. The lifter has a larger rectangular end and a smaller triangular, pointed end. One of the ends always worked for me to lift my toenail. Once the toenail was raised, it was then easy to use the pointed, sharp, stainless blades of the cutter to remove the nail. The cutter has a spring in its handle to allow more force to be applied easily which was especially useful for thicker toenails. The two tools worked well on all of my toes. When I finished, my toes, my feet, and my entire body felt so much better for my finally having solved my ingrown toenail problem. Including a plastic case for storing the tools would have made it an even better product. It is made in Pakistan.

needs to be sharper

The trimmers are not sharp enough to trim off hangnails, so they end up pulling hangnails further up your finger. Ouch. The cuticle pusher works alright though.

Only used a couple of times. Now it's too dull to even use. Wastebof money.

Very hard to control and way to bulky for a toe nail.
