Equate Beauty Oil-Free Acne Wash, 6 fl oz

Been using this for many years. Previously used the Nuetrogena version, and tried this. I see no difference. Well worth the price.

Whenever I start to breakout I use this product and it helps. I cannot use it daily as it I may be too drying. I try to usei it once a week to stop the zits. It works as well as the brand names.

This product dried up my skin so much. While I was washing my face with it my skin began to burn and itch very bad. After using the product whenever I used something else on my skin such as moisturizer or makeup it would really irate my skin because my skin was recovering from the damage the cleanser had done.

It will seem to work just fine for 2-3 days but you will notice a change , my chin was very irritating and underneath my eyes it was a little blood, dries out your skin so much . My skin was damage for a good 2 weeks I broke out more than usual so I stopped using it. I bought Indian clay and black soap which is now helping me get rid of acne . DONT RECOMMEND

I bought this because the normal clean and clear brand i buy was not available at the time. Within 2-3 days of using, my face was so incredibly red and dry that even lotions would not help. My makeup would barely go on top of the skin it was just so irritated. I'm very surprised it did this bc as far as i can see the equate and clean and clear use same active ingredient. I would not use this again. From reading the other reviews I can tell this is not just a "one off". I dont even have sensitive skin. This didnt even lather up in my hands like other facial cleansers.

I agree with the other one star post, my skin dried out so bad and hurt. Nothing would help at all. I don't use a lot of the product and it still broke me out and was terrible. I tried everything but it took over a week of no make up and moisturizer to get it back to normal.

This face washed caused a serious allergic reaction. I used it a week ago and my face is still burning and irritated. It dry and flakey. I can't wasit for it to heal and be normal again. I will never but another equate product again after this.
