Equate Beauty Pure Castile Soap, Peppermint, 32 fl. Oz.

Only brand of Castile soap I use! I like how this brand has a thicker formulation and you can’t beat this price, other brands are extremely watery and way more expensive! I just transfer some to another bottle and add some distilled water and a little bit can go along way, and it lasts a lot longer.

This is a wonderful soap! I use it as a soap and a tooth paste. The peppermint is pretty intense and it can burn more sensitive anatomy but now I can't use any other soap; it just doesn't feel as "clean." This is a Dr. Bronners alternative and IMO it is better. It has been a long time since I bought legit Dr. Bronners, but I remember it being very watery. This Equate version is very thick which makes it easier to apply.

I LOVE this and have used for years! I use it for literally everything. I refuse to use anything else for dishes. Works great to remove stains from fabric and safe to use on anything. I clean my counters and floors, use to wash my hands and bathe my dogs. There is nothing Castile soap cant do! And the essential oils fragrances are wonderful!

This soap is just what I have been looking for over the years! I’m in love with this soap because it leaves no residue on my hands and my skin feels really soft. I am using it in my soap dispenser from now on!

Works great and smells awesome! I mix it with essential oils to get an even more incredible smell. I mix it with baking soda and it cleans just about anything.

These castile soaps are WONDERFUL, especially for those of us who have super-sensitive skin, and allergy problems. It is mild, very gentle, and makes your skin feel so refreshed. The lavender is calming, the peppermint is cooling in the heat of summer, but either is appropriate any time of the year. It's strictly by preference, and I use and LUV BOTH!

I switch to this soap from Dr Bronners no had really dry skin and that’s why I originally moved to bronners soap. Found this soap and haven’t looked back. I like this new version of equate. The version of them where they care about the environment and put as little incessant ingredients in their soap as possible. I like their lavender scent as well. These were a little thicker than dr bronners too which I prefer.

The soap itself cleans fine. The consistency is not the same as Dr Bronner's. It's thicker, more shampoo like. Dr Bronner's flows like water. The smell is very light peppermint mixed with unscented. Someone else mentioned crayons, and they're not far off. If you're expecting a strong peppermint scent, you won't get it. You can add more, if you have peppermint essential oil. Was worried that the thickness would hamper what I'm using it for. I use it mixed with water in a foaming hand dispenser. Takes a little bit of mixing with hot water, but it does blend together nicely. As long as it cleans well, I'm not so concerned with the smell.

This is one of the worst products I have ever purchashed. Doesn't clean dishes well unless maybe you just had dry bread on the dish. It has a very hard time with oil - weird. Barely smells like peppermint. We didn't like it for hand soap either. I was very disappointed and felt like I wasted my money. And if you're looking for a substitute for Dr. Bronner's, this isn't it.

Reeks of rancid oil, barely any peppermint, new thicker formula isn't any more concentrated, doesn't remove oil as well. This is a massive waste of money. I might use it to clean the tub. It definitely leaves you smelling bad.
