Equate Children's Multi-Symptom Cold Liquid, Very Berry Flavor, 4 fl oz

I cannot discern a difference in efficacy between the Equate brand and the Brand Named product. With the price difference, I will choose the Equate brand every time!

with cold and allergy season or upon us this is a good thing to have in the house The baby doesn't mind taking it so that's number one and it seems to work

Relieves congestion, cough, and runny nose fast. My child doesn't fight me on the taste, and it works just like brand-name meds. Must-have during cold season!

I think it works well but it's one of the worst tasting medications. My daughter won't take it she spits it out immediately.

For what it is, its an okay decongestant. I was really frustrated to realize it doesnt have a fever reducer which i expect out of something labeled a multi symptom cold relief medication.

my son said the taste is nasty gave it to him about an hour ago and his cough seems about the same with little change but he said the flavor is atrocious

Red dye, bitter taste, didnt help at all with his cough or cold symptoms even with regular use. He threw up twice within 30min of taking it. Once with food and once without. I tried it myself (he got me sick too haha) and I ended up feeling nauseous shortly after too. I'd recommend a drugstore brand instead. The medicine cup sucks too, like just include a syringe.

Dont even know if it works because child spits it back out no matter how we try to administer it. Tasted myself and it is bad but as a grown up, I could manage.

My kids who have no problems taking Great Value Tylenol and Ibuprofen acted like it was agony to take this one because of the taste. Did not improve cough.

I can't believe this has so many stars I'd give it a zero if I could it tastes terribly nasty it didn't work in fact I think it made her cough worse also she said it made her throat and lungs cold and made her throat itchy
