Somewhat hard to digest for those who experience lactose intolerance. Great for killing the appetite. Good source of energy and protein for building or maintaining muscle mass. Enough calories for quick energy though too much will make you feel sluggish and bloated.

My husband is on a special diet and this is the only nutritional shake I can get him to drink. He is not a fan of the name brands and it was a waste of money buying all the different brands trying to find the one he loves, And BINGO we found it in the Walmart Brand. My husband loves them and I love them because he is getting nutrition from them ! Healthy husband, Happy Wife!!!

I noticed that whoever makes this product has eliminated the plastic "harness" for the six-pack %26 now uses a cardboard one. Good choice--those plastic "harnesses" not only stay in land-fills forever, unless a person cuts them into tiny pieces they are very dangerous (and sometimes lethal) to wildlife.

I feel instantly better when I drink this stuff, I have a genetic disorder that calls for a higher protein intake and the vitamins are never a bad thing. When I can afford to add it to my grocery order on a regular basis my hair, nails, skin, eyes, everything is improved. And the taste is enough to satisfy my sweet tooth for chocolate. It tastes good. It's less expensive than other brands but none of it is inexpensive. You can add half of it to some milk or into a smoothie etc.

We all know why we drink these things. Sometimes you're just too ill to think of eating anything or making anything and you need something to keep you from falling out. I normally hate chocolate, but this brand's chocolate was ok. Did a good job of making it pleasant to have to keep my shell going another day. Probably the best flavor at this price range, and price matters for how much of this I have to consume.

it's pretty close to the name brand and pleasantly surprised with this to rehydrate myself my mother's used it now for low 8 ounce bottle you know you can knock it out and it's got I think mine grams of protein and everything else to you know quick little supplement when you're just not feeling good for eating or just too hot or a little you know more out or you know you want to kept yourself up it's from myself a couple little swigs and it's down and you know you need your protein and everything else and it doesn't affect my blood sugars or any salt intakes or anything like that on my blood test since I've been taking it the big end of the year and it's definitely saved myself few bucks per you know eight pack that the name brand wanted and it's to me it's works just as good if not better

I'd like to recommend that people trying to decide to buy this instead of other protein drinks, realize the amount of protein in these bottles is small only 9g compared with the more expensive brands which average, I believe, about 20g. Taste is good but I wouldnt have bought this if I'd been smarter and checked the protein amount. Plus even though it's a smaller bottle the calories are about the same as the 20g protein drinks.

these Walmart protein shakes are very good particularly the chocolate and strawberry. the only other one that I drink all the time is the Atkins cafe mocha.

These are actually delicious. I rarely have an appetite but these are easy to get down and make sure I'm getting some kind of nutrition on days that are harder than others.

This product tastes ok, but it NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT TO MAKE IT A "COMPLETE NUTRITIONAL DRINK" FOR REAL. GET A GREAT NATUROPATH AND NUTRITIONIST TO WORK TOGETHER TO HELP YOU TO CREATE A NEW FORMULA, THAT REALLY IS A COMPLETE NUTRITIONAL DRINK, AND TASTES GOOD TOO, WITHOUT EXCESSIVE SUGAR, AND WITHOUT OTHER UNHEALTHY INGREDIENTS. KEEP IT AFFORDABLE TOO. THEN YOU'LL BE HONEST, AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITORS TOO, AND YOU'LL SELL A LOT MORE, AND ACTUALLY BE HELPING YOUR CUSTOMERS TOO.
