My daughter loves these as her breakfast before going to workout or practice a sport. It's not heavy on her stomach but fills her up and gives her some energy while working out/practicing golf in the heat.

These are a great way to up your protien intake.

These protein shots are perfect in a quick need of protein but don't want to feel full or cook something. Taste is good but a little shocking at first.

Despite the 1 star, I actually love this product. My issue is the price. I was okay with spending just under $3 a bottle for these. I would have loved to buy them in packs, but they don't offer them. However, the recent price change is ridiculous. I just can't justify spending almost $6 on one bottle. I stopped buying them. I started searching for similar options that are less expensive and available in bulk, which I've found. Another issue with these is that some of the bottles were extremely hard to open to the point that I had to use a knife to cut the side of the cap to get it loose. Overall, if the price ever goes down I'll start buying them again.
