My son and daughter developed lactose intolerance as adults. I buy Dairy Relief for my son because he has to take it almost every day because I use dairy products when I cook and he eats most of what I cook. Dairy Relief helps to keep him working and not miserable and in the bathroom all day or all night. He prefers the chewable tablets but his sister uses the kind that must be swallowed and he gets relief either way.

After receiving my Ileostomy, I was no longer able to tolerate my favorite food group: dairy. Upon trying these tablets, I was happy to be able to consume milk, ice cream, and cheese, once again. I prefer the Equate vanilla over the brand name vanilla tablets, and found both brands work well.

I like the ease of use. The flavor is fine. Each user will need to figure out how many tablets they will need to take depending on their own dairy sensitivity.

These are a life saver! The off brand at Target changed and taste HORRIBLE now. Found these at Walmart and you get way more at a great deal! Please don't ever change the formula! I'm pretty lactose intolerant and these work for me.

I got this to eat before I eat cottage cheese because I eat too much cottage cheese and it makes me feel bloated. So I took one or two pills and hD 1 or 1.5 serving of cottage cheese out of the package and I did not feel bloated so I think it works

make sure you read the instructions and follow them, it's not like taking the pill version of these where you do it 30mins before eating dairy. it you follow the instructions, it works exactly the same as lactaid for a fraction of the cost.

These are a convenient since they are chewable tablets rather than capsules that require water. They help with digesting dairy, but do not always guarantee the typical symptoms of lactose intolerance won't occur. They also taste like vanilla ice cream with a hint of mint, which is a nice touch.

They are the relief.....the relief we needed....nothing more. Why did we buy from walmart?..... There is no longer customer loyalty in my business transactions or purchases. That is a thing of the past.
