Used this product for elderly bedridden patient and it has given great incontinence protection. This size lasts a long time even though it is applied/reapplied with each diaper change. The consistency is perfect to get areas well covered without using a large amount.

smells good. i became ill w tons of the runs and my bottom got so sore. i asked a good friend who had this problem from ulcerative colitis. She recommended it. what a relief! it cools the burning and protects from further injury. made me very symptomatic for our little children with diaper rash. no wonder they get so cranky. poor things. the relief was instant. the size of jar makes it easy to be generous and much easier to apply than the tiny tubes.

I have an Aunt that recently had a stroke on her right side. Briefs R the new normal. The South is hot %26 humid! The 2 enemies of a brief patient! Destin is good!! But Equate puts out the same product ingredient by ingredient! And 40% zinc is a must! with this %26 Parents Choice with Vit D %26 Vit E added 2 the Zinc! They R both a must %26 work!!

Very easy to apply with a glove, soothes sensitive areas, barrier to keep the area dry from moisture to help with healing and help keep skin healthy. Highly recommend! The zinc helps promote healing. It's much better than messy powders that cake and make conditions worse! Ten stars!!!!

This cream is the very best. It has 40% zinc in it. Most people including nurses and CNA's thinks that the other ointments and creams work but they do not work near as well because they only have half or less the amount of zinc for healing. I am trying to make everyone aware of this product and my success with it. I have been using it on my Dad that is a bed bound patient and it has kept him free of bedsores. It's great and it has a similar consistency as Destini Maximum (the purple case). I was skeptical at first, but after changing multiple diapers, this as on the same scale as Desitin Maximum. The even better news is that it is reasonably priced and people can afford it.

I normally used the name brand but I decided to give this one a try. It does protect my baby but I will say the consistency is thinner than the name brand so it does absorb quicker than the name brand. However for daily use this has been a great way to save money. My baby doesn't normally get irritation but if she was to experience it I would use the name brand just cause it last longer and is thicker, then switch back to this one for daily use once she heals. It spreads nicely (I use the baby spatula) and she is protected. It just last less which is not a problem for me as I normally apply it almost every diaper change (the same as the name brand) it's just not as thick. I do like that if she accidentally moves it doesn't stay white for a long time on her skin and it cleans much more easily than the brand one. For me it gets the job done and helps me save a little in areas where I would normally splurge. It's a great value truly. I've been using it for almost a month with no issues.

I was out of my baby's typical diaper cream, Boudreaux's Butt Paste, and gave this product a shot due to the smaller price tag. My baby broke out with pimples on his bum. I'm sure this product works great for most people, but it didn't for my little one. Use with caution.

I bought this Equate ointment instead of my regular ointment to save some money. Boy, was I wrong. It does have a weird smell and does not stick to the skin. It gets all over my clothes and it's hard to get off my hands. It doesn't help the rash at all. I finally gave up on it and threw it away. So I ended up spending more because I should have stuck with my regular one. Lesson learned!
